The holidays are knocking on the door and during the festivities, we need to take care of our bodies and our souls. We are going to make those annual New Year resolutions to health, just to forget about them in a few days.
No, health is our commitment and I believe an obligation not only to ourselves, but to our loved ones, especially children.
